  • Locations and communities that CoverMyMeds impacts

  • Open job positions

Analysis

Previously working with CoverMyMeds, let’s ideate together on how to pivot the storytelling – while utilizing current web components – to meet your new business needs and showcase new career stories 💡

Workshop & Ideation Exercises
To gain a deeper understanding from everyone at the table, we conduct exercises aimed towards the project goals

⚡️

💡

Story Crafting Brainstorm

A series of short exercise that build on the elements of an effective story. We provide examples and context to determine the Goal, Character, Structure, Style and overall Concept for the story.

Storytelling Ideation

A series of short exercises that get ideas out quick for discussion and validity. We provide the client with visual considerations and together we aim to build a story with good flow from start to finish, practical content, and stunning imagery.

🖼

Moodboards

A selection of imagery formed into sets of moods. Clients are asked to give a quick reaction to the general mood, then we dive into the details on each board – focusing on likes and dislikes with rationale.

New Points of Interest
Post-workshop, we can identify new insights to translate to the project

Content & UX Strategy

Authentic Stories, Practical Engagement

Content Hierarchy

You know it’s a good gig when employees are willing to share how much they love working for you. And CoverMyMeds doesn’t have one BFF, but many – challenging us to deliver these stories in an intuitive way. These stories in video format are the driving force for the change in design, so we needed to be smart about the display. As users discover their potential career at CMM, they are encouraged to watch the videos while engaging with CMM’s main themes.

Once users engage with any video on the site they come to a moment of focus. A full-screen overlay immerses the user, giving some context and access to key video player controls. From here users can continue to stay awhile with access to the library of all 13 videos.

Upon the video’s end, redirections become available to drive users to the related theme pages.

Impactful Themes & Values

Core Pillars Spotlight

As a business in the health industry, caring for people is at the heart of CoverMyMeds. Through ever-present values of Be Selfless, Do the Right Thing, Results Matter, Be Yourself, and Embrace Challenges – CMM employees know what to do to assist their own patients.

But outside the employee-patient relationship, CMM goes a step deeper just for their workers. With the new core themes of Ambition, Agility, Individuality, and Collaboration – employees can be passionate about not only who they serve, but the freedom their employer provides them.

Choose Your Own Path

Storytelling Flow

The best part about working at CoverMyMeds? Well, YOU get to decide! Thanks to our workshop with CMM, we were able to bring a budding idea to life. Rather than just telling users what your values are… what if they got to choose the values that matter most to them? This led us to rethink how users discover the site and how we should frame it for them. Keeping the homepage light in content and ending on a questionnaire path, users get content magically delivered to them based on their ideals.

Celebrate The Community

Content Visualization

The CoverMyMeds campus is located in Columbus, Ohio – but CMM’s reach spans the whole nation with in-person hubs and a mix of local and remote employees. To represent CMM’s new office locations, a broader range of employee locations, and local partnerships, we knew a map element was the way to go. We mimic the same scrolling experience here, but now with information swaps for the three content types. Additionally, you can interact with hotspots on the map to get more about what peaks your interest.

Sculpt Your Experience

Personalization

To give users an incentive for the questionnaire, we lean on personalization of the visuals as they continue forward. Each CMM theme is represented with a different colored brush stroke that magically paints itself onto the scene in a 3D sculpture. When the user views a new CMM value, they have a chance to interact with their unique build at the top of the page by clicking and dragging. At the end of the experience, users are pushed to view current career opportunities (if they haven’t been convinced already!)
